If you care about women's rights and future you should read (if you haven’t already) The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood, a shocking story of violence and resistance, more relevant today than ever.

Now and again we vary the route; there's nothing against it, as long as we stay within the barriers. A rat in a maze is free to go anywhere, as long as it stays inside the maze.

Every small step backward in women's self-determination, empowerment and emancipation brings us closer to the terrible republic of Gilead described in the book.

No limitation or restriction, however small, on women’s freedom should go unnoticed, even in Western society.
